2. What Data We Process
When you submit a request through the form on the Site, we process:
- last name, first name (how we should address you)

- preferred method of contact (optional)
- message/comment (optional)
3. Purposes of Processing
- processing your request and following up on the selected car
- advising on selection, pricing, delivery, and customs clearance
- performing the contract and keeping you informed of your request status
4. Legal Basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of the personal data subject’s consent (Articles 6 and 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).
5. Processing Period and Withdrawal of Consent
The processing period lasts until the purposes of processing are achieved or until consent is withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn by sending an inquiry to the Operator’s e-mail.
6. Transfer and Protection of Data
The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, and other unlawful actions.
