Questions and Answers
We've gathered the most common questions about buying a car turnkey. Can't find your answer? Send us a message.
How long does turnkey car delivery take?
On average, it takes a few weeks from purchase to handover — the exact timeline depends on the model, the route, and how busy each shipping lane is. We give you an estimate for your specific car and keep you posted at every stage.
What's included in the turnkey price?
The car's price at the overseas dealer, local logistics, freight and insurance, customs duties and the recycling fee, broker services, and paperwork. The price is fixed in the contract and never changes.
How is customs clearance calculated?
The charges depend on engine size and type, the car's age, and the buyer's status (individual or business). The final amount is calculated case by case under the current rules — we work it out in advance, before you buy.
Can I buy a car in installments or with financing?
Yes. We work with partner banks and help arrange installments or an auto loan. You can estimate your down payment with the calculator on the "Installments" page.
Do you inspect the car before purchase?
Yes. Before we pay the dealer, we inspect the car, verify its condition and mileage, and send you a photo and video report. If there are serious defects, we find you another option.
What documents will I receive?
The full package for registration: the contract, import documents, SBKTS, and EPTS. We help you register the car with the traffic police.
Which regions do you deliver to?
We deliver to any region of Russia. We arrange logistics to your city and include it in the turnkey price.
How much of a down payment do I need?
Usually from 10–20% of the price. The exact terms depend on the program you choose — your manager will walk you through it.
Can I order a specific trim and color?
Yes. If the version you want isn't in our catalog, we'll source it to order to your requirements: trim, color, and options. We'll send you choices with the turnkey price.
Are the imported cars left- or right-hand drive?
Most of the cars we import are left-hand drive, just like in Russia. That makes them easy to drive and to register.
Do you work with businesses?
Yes. We can structure the deal for an LLC or sole proprietor with a full set of accounting documents and bank transfer payment. Customs charges for businesses are calculated separately.
How does payment work — do I pay the full amount up front?
You pay in stages under the contract: a deposit to fund the purchase, then payments for logistics and customs. All amounts are fixed in advance, and payment is by bank transfer.
What happens if the car is damaged during delivery?
The car is insured throughout transport. If it's damaged in transit, insurance covers it — your investment is protected.
Can I come and see the car in person?
Our office is in Nakhodka (Primorsky Krai). Once the car arrives, you can inspect it in person, or we can arrange turnkey delivery to your city.
Ask a manager — we'll get back to you quickly.
